Chipotle Mexican Grill - Thornleigh

They literally forgot to put cheese in my quesadilla, it’s just two cold tortillas. And Doordash didn’t compensate anything.

So I asked for different rice and different lettuce becuase the lettuce was soggy and she was scrapping the bottom of the container for the rice she ended up bringing it to the back and giving me the soggy lettuce as well as old rice ..I got food poisoning not even 4 hours of consuming pooping and throwing up everywereeeee /Service horribleFood horribleGo find out if u wanna your butt will be a victim ?Not to mention there pet roaches climbing the walls like spider manAnyways I still gave food poisoning so lemme get back to the toilet yall have a good day

Nice and clean polite customer service very efficient.

Sadly, if you go there early near the time they first open, the service is not good you would think you would get the best of the food that it would be hot but I guess the food needs to sit and get the seasonings to go through it I’m so probably Midday or evening would be best also, Service was very crabby and they had corporate meetings going on. Absolutely my worst experience with Chipotle. I’m shocked.

Worst Chipotle ever been to in my life. Attitudes are very discouraging. Manager walks around aimlessly while line sinks. Door dash orders extremely delayed. Very disappointed!!
