The Cheesecake Factory - Thornleigh

Ordered doordash not knowing the place closed at 10. I called to confirm if my order was still able to be picked up because of the time. I'm not sure if a manager came to the phone and asked why the associate picked up the phone. But I was hung up on without even getting an answer to my question. This was so rude.

The food has changed, it seems to me that it was tastier before, and they should include photos of the food on the menu, that draws more attention..... ???

I haven't dined at the Cheesecake Factory in some time. The wait was long. The food was okay. The cheese cake was delicious. Moving forward, I will visit to purchase cheesecake only.

Normally we eat in But this time we got it to go, not saying that changes anything. But, i ordered a carbonara with bacon, and it came with very little bacon. It looked like it was maybe half to maybe 1 slice of bacon, if that. Since that was the main part my kids wanted, i ended up having to cook bacon when we arrived home.

Pretty average. The prices are a bit much and the service was OK at best. They messed up my order, and the cheesecake I wanted was frozen and took 1.5 hours to melt. Very young staffDietary restrictions: They have GF food
