The staff genuinely enjoys their jobs—they're happy, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. My orders are always correct and on time. If I were to evaluate them as a secret shopper, I would give them a perfect score of 100 out of 100. My recommendation is to replicate everything that’s being done right at this location and train your other locations to operate the same way. This should be your model store for demonstrating how a well-run business functions.

The food is delicious, and they offered a great selection of donuts and other items. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I've been a regular at this Dunkin' ever since I moved from New England. In fact, I chose my apartment's location specifically to be close to a Dunkin' Donuts so I could maintain a connection to home. The employees here truly create that sense of familiarity. I recognize all their friendly and smiling faces, even though I don’t know their names—I've tried to remember, but it's always a challenge before my tea kicks in! They recognize my voice, know my usual order, and consistently deliver excellent service. During these tough times, I genuinely hope they’re getting enough breaks and feeling comfortable in their roles. Working in food service isn't easy, but these team members always bring their best. To the management, I hope you're compensating them fairly! They consistently greet me and make my mornings a bit brighter. Much love to all of you! Quick walk-in and carry-out service! The food was cooked perfectly (not burnt), and the highlight was that the woman who handed me my breakfast sandwich actually said “THANK YOU”! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star rating is that the guy taking orders didn’t say “Please” or “Thank you” after I paid. Hopefully, next time will be better!
