Blackjack Pizza Salads - Thornton

If I could give zero I would!! This place is home of the 2hour wait!! I ordered and was told 25 minutes. I waited the time they said then went in. They told me ten minutes and I paid and waited. And waited and waited. I was in the waiting room forever and watched several angry customers get poorly treated. I was asked if I wanted free soda or ice cream? No I only want to spend my night waiting for food. I’ve already spent money to do this. I could’ve gone to the store and cooked myself for less money and no time watching this. I saw a can of food hit the floor and it was put back near food containers. No washing hands and just a dirty place to wait. The floor mat was on a bench and they take your money so you won’t leave. So the manager should be ashamed. This place is a disaster!! My family is waiting for dinner and I’m wasting my time. Never will I be back. Boo this place!! Then the Long haired creep wants to sarcastic. That’s not a good look the customer service is trash. Every one of them should be fired. It’s disgusting!!

Every employee was amazing. The managers always hook me up with a discount! Sweetest people ever, love the blonde woman, so charming and enthusiastic! Amazing food

Short and not so sweet. I ordered pizza at 5:30 pm. When the pizza finally arrived they sent two of the same pizza. I called back at 6:39 pm and talked to manager Dillon. She said she would send the correct pizza out right away. At 8:09 pm I called back and Dillon said it was the other manager that made the mistake. She said she would get the pizza made and bring my cash back to me. At 9:00 pm I called back and asked for the other manager. He apologized and said they were on their way. I told him I was sending back a piece of the other pizza to show him how two or more inches down from the crust the was very little sauce and no veggies or meat. He apoligized again. Dillon. Is a poor excuse for a manager. This isbwhy I have gotten pizza from Papa Murpheys. They never fail.

Don’t waste your time at this restaurant I called in a. Order for pick up show up 20 minutes later. And they could not find my order that I placed with a person over the phone. I was asked to resubmit my order and wait another 30. I have no idea why my order couldn’t take priority

This is my favorite pizza in the whole world. My favorite is the the small pan pizza with mush to oom and pineapple. Black Jack sux. I ordered a pizza for delivery they made the wrong pizza it was old and the driver ate two slices they suck and pizza hut freezes there doe. I love you guys see you next week.
