Mcdonald's - Thornton

I recently visited a McDonald's in the North Metro area and had a disappointing experience. The employees seemed indifferent when taking orders, and it felt like they ignored customers who they didn't want to serve. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I had to wait in the designated area for about 10 minutes, which was frustrating. Overall, no one seemed satisfied with their experience. To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude.

The service takes an excessively long time to bring out the food, and the staff at the front counter seem indifferent. Additionally, the attitude of the staff was quite unpleasant. Food rating: 1/5.

It's quite frustrating that McDonald's is aware that millions of people are eager for their new products. However, limiting the sale of adult Happy Meals to just one day instead of the entire month, as they had advertised, feels misleading. I had planned to get some for my grandson, but now it seems they won't be available.

The man on the morning is amazing! but the crew is terrible! ordered 2 large nugget meals with 2 chicken sandwiches. my entire order was blown into a bag that the big bth riders over my auto spill. go home to eat what is left of my meal to not find one sauce! I called back four times and was hanged every time. I don't understand how this place is still open. this is one of many terrible experiences.

(says open 5) At 5:20 am both me and another car pulled up to order and got no response. So I drove up to the window and even waved only to get ignored by the full staff. I left since I couldn't be late for work. Judging by all the negative reviews this place needs a massive overhaul. I know plenty of people who just got Visas who would gladly be willing to replace any unmotivated workers here.
