Old Chicago Thornton

Our server, Mike, was incredible! This was the best service we've experienced at Old Chicago in quite a while. He was very attentive to my daughter's needs and even offered to bring her meal first. Thank you for the five-star service!

Our server was fantastic, and the restaurant was clean. The only issue we encountered was with our to-go order. We asked for meatballs on top of pizza rolls and a dessert to take home. When we got home and tried the meatballs, we found that they were completely burnt—charred and dry. That was really disappointing. Apart from that, the dining experience was excellent.

Adell was fantastic! The service was excellent, even though she was on her own. I noticed management strolling around but not helping out as they passed by tables that needed to be cleared and food and drinks that needed to be delivered. If it weren't for the lack of support from management, I would have given Adell a 5-star review. As a chef and server myself, I understand how it all works!

The food was great! Our poor waitress, it was her first night and the other patrons were so mean. She was doing her best and it seemed like she had the whole dining room to wait on. One family had the nerve to tell her they weren't leaving a tip because the kitchen messed up their meals. He even said he knew it wasn't her fault. Anyway I wish people were more compassionate. I'll be back.
