Tim Hortons - Thorold

The staff at this restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious. However, the prices for ice caps were very high. There is lots of parking available, and the restaurant offers plenty of options for kids. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no step up.

Lately, this restaurant has been more miss than hit. They have not been getting orders right and have been careless with putting lids on properly, resulting in spills and burns. It is disappointing that they can't simply put a lid on. Additionally, the staff does not change gloves between stations and some do not wear hair or beard nets. We have dined in and out and have noticed these issues. It would be simple to fix these little things, as it is not a difficult job.

I'm not sure but my review went from 1 star with service, and hit enter and my negative review was bumped to five stars. Clearly, an error being a mismatch with my review and not a positive experience.

WTH? Can’t even take an order right. Just stuffed the hash browns on top of the food. Totally unacceptable. I have taken pictures to report to head office.
