McDonald's - Thouars

Too much waiting and prepa error. After 30 minutes of waiting after order without eating. They didn't even want to cancel the order

30 minutes waiting to hear each other say after claim that they don't have our order... yet paid at the counter... then order incomplete table dirty trash cans that surround yet at 22h.The restaurant is almost empty...I will not come back and advise it...

We stopped for coffee and chocolate at 11:00. After a quick command at the terminals, we installed in an empty room. With great hope, we thought we would be served with RAPIDITY such is the logic of this kind of restaurant. What a surprise when after 15min we had not received our order. In addition, chocolate was powdered in a bag to add oneself in a glass, in cardboard (Bravo ecology... , of hot milk. The double espresso looked like a simple and was of bad taste. I do not recommend this restaurant, however the waitress seemed smiling.

After an hour of waiting in the drive “for the third consecutive time”, stuck without the possibility of turning around, it is unacceptable to consider it as fast restoration.

One hour waiting in the restaurant, 20 minutes to order then 40 to be served. For 4 sandwiches not for 10 !!!!! Either saying it was not ready except that everything was cold and hot drinks (the ice had completely melted). Not counting on the sauces that you order but that you don't get, the sandwiches that break stock (when they're advertised in advertising on their terminals). Lamentable!!!
