Understaffed and unfriendly. Wait time was ridiculous.

I ate there for a while, I didn't like the service.

When I go to this Kentucky fried chicken. The owner is so nice that instead of throwing food out he’ll give you whatever extra food he has for free. So I have to say that was outstanding and not many people do that these days.

While entering the mens' room to wash my hands before eating, NO SOAP!! KFC IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE ANYMORE. IT SUCKS. Hygiene is not a priority,

NOT HAPPY! Just spent $51 on dinner for my family. I ordered a 12 piece meal. I received 1 leg 2 thighs, 3 breast, and 6 wings. Tried calling manager but no answer. Mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. Ridiculous!
