HAHAHAAH THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN. Who takes the best item off the menu? The owners ??? peanut butter dream bar no more. That was my favorite item to get. Crazyyyyyyyyy. No reason to go back, i can get chocolate chip cookies from mcdonalds.Also they take an item off the menu that sells out everyday.Lol i didn't even get any on valentines day because they sold so fast. I was a customer for 27 years.

The new ownership don’t know how to train their employees to make pretzel,I bought 3 times pretzels and i trashed them all,I won’t buy anything from them anymoreTheir quality is horribleI would give them 0 star

Amazing experience. It was my first time and loved their service. Though there was a big line but they were so quick and friendly. I tried their cookies, shake and small pretzel bites. Everything was delicious. We can order online as well and their cakes are must try. I definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Waited in line more than 15 minutes for only couple pople in front of me . When it got to my turn the employee apologized for the wait. I asked for stuffed Bites and he said Oh sorry it's going to take 15 more minutes to make them and he joked about taking the hot dogs so I lef with my time wasted.

Did a absolute amazing job on the cookie they designed for me. Wish I took a picture but it was a gift
