PF Chang's Thousand Oaks

First we ordered Mi-tie no fresh fruit was in the drink I ordered soup it came out with the main course it was luk Warm by the time I got to the main course it was not very warm. The server was nice but the food was not tasty. They no longer have happy hour which I used to like I will not go back to PF Chang

Love the food. Service was OK- not very crowded the night we were there but once our waitress came by, she was attentive.

Usual delicious food. Being the night before Thanksgiving, the place was almost empty and the service was lacking. Also, post COVID the atmosphere of the restaurant has become dull. But this is good value for delicious food, as compared to other restaurants.

The experience was awful. The staff was unprepared for the amount of guests dining in the venue. Our service was so poor that we had to get up from our table after waiting for our main course to arrive. I asked to speak with the manager to discuss the situation who never came cover. We got up and left. Hope they can fix their problems
