Pizza Hut - Thousand Oaks

This weekend, I placed two separate orders for pizzas. While the orders were supposed to be contactless, I ended up having to go inside both times to pick them up because the staff didn't seem to pay attention to the contactless entries.

The online ordering process for my laptop was straightforward, and my order was fulfilled correctly. However, I encountered an issue with the mobile app, which crashed before I could finish placing my order. I plan to give mobile ordering another try before using my phone for future orders. Without a functional mobile ordering system, it will be challenging for me to enjoy Pizza Hut as often as I’d like, especially in the current Covid situation.

I recently had the best pizza I've had in a long time. I live in Ventura and usually avoid Pizza Hut because I don't find it very good. However, while working in Newbury, I didn't have high expectations. To my surprise, when I opened the box, the pizza looked fluffy and tasted excellent.
