Delicious Mediterranean food in big portions! Got the plates which came with 1 protein, 4 sides, choice of carbs and pita bread. Loved the variety of sides and the flavors of everything. Well worth the $15 per plate. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff, especially girl at the register. Highly recommended and I would eat here again.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Thousand Oaks. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, and I am addicted to their fried eggplant slices and fried cauliflower. The baklava for dessert is excellent. The customer service is also top-notch. Overall, it's great food served by great people!
This restaurant was terrible. The chicken I ordered was extremely salty, to the point where it was completely overwhelming. I usually enjoy salty food, but this was too much. I ended up throwing it away after only 2 bites. On top of that, I was the only customer at the time and had to wait while the worker struggled with a malfunctioning meat shaver. It took 3 employees and 10 minutes before they realized they could just use a knife to cut the chicken. I don't understand how this place has good reviews, the service and food were both awful.
This place is incredibly fresh! To give you an idea, it's like a Mediterranean twist on a popular Mexican food chain like Chipotle. The vegetables are crisp and fresh, the meat is slow-cooked and sliced right in front of you, and you can even ask for it to be cooked more crispy if you prefer. You can choose between the khubz wrap or a plate option, and both are very satisfying. Their chicken and beef dishes are especially delicious and worth a try!
