Starbucks - Thousand Oaks

Great place with an amazing atmosphere. Customer service is the best you can imagine and expect.

The staff here are so friendly and efficient. We stopped this morning for a cappuccino and a hot Carmel machiatto, and both were made to perfection. We sat on the tables on the outside patio and enjoyed the morning sunshine after a nice morning hike. We so enjoyed the time there are truly enjoyed conversing with staff. Highly recommended

I’ve been to Starbucks at Westlake Village since I moved here 8 years ago. The people there are so friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked into the door they all said hello and called my name. They are always make me new drink if I didn’t like the one they made me. This Starbucks is #1 on my list. Thank you, U Green

The Barista his name was Saz , was very friendly and accommodating , always smiling very fast when I ordered my breakfast . Im here every day for my breakfast cause I work here in Thousand Oaks, I highly recommend this Place and look for Saz Im giving him 10 stars or more
