Quartierbeiz 13 - Thun

Ich kam um 13:25 Uhr im Restaurant an und fragte, ob ich etwas essen könnte. Die Kellnerin antwortete freundlich, dass ich nur Fleisch-Tartar bekommen könne. Da ich nicht sehr gut Deutsch spreche, bat ich um eine Übersetzung ins Englische oder Italienische. Daraufhin kam ein Herr, der mir sehr arrogant und anmaßend in meiner eigenen Sprache mitteilte, dass ich nur rohes Fleisch bekommen könne. Ich erwiderte höflich, dass ich kein rohes Fleisch esse. Daraufhin drehte der angebliche Besitzer mir den Rücken zu und machte deutlich, dass er kein Interesse an einem zusätzlichen Kunden hatte. Er murmelte etwas und ging zurück in die Küche. Das war wirklich unhöflich. Online und an der Tür steht klar, dass um 14 Uhr geschlossen wird, aber offensichtlich war es um 13:25 Uhr schon zu spät. Dieser Herr ist wirklich ein Rüpel, eingebildet und arrogant, und wahrscheinlich auch ein Rassist. Seine Antwort ist nichts anderes als eine pathetische und missratene Verdrehung der Fakten. Die Sprache hat nichts mit seiner Arroganz und Unhöflichkeit zu tun.

Hallelujah!! Found a Restaurant that enjoys being...a Restaurant . Service is friendly and makes you feel welcome the atmosphere is vibrant and alive. Plenty of people watching and conversation going on. The food looked awesome heading to the tables with several Tartare variations and Asian influenced dishes...and then, there is the meat...there is a tomahawk steak option that looks like no joke...we had dim sum variation to start then into a rack of Ribs and the classic tartare that was spiced well and presented beautifully the ribs were , from pulling out the bones slowly by hand to wiping up the sauce at the end...superb. Dessert is a must for me when all the rest has gone so well and welcoming, so lava cake with a yogurt ice cream and fruit compote(that was actually moist ,flavorful and a pleasure with the espresso Martini drink (a twist on this drink that scored an awesome goal. There are also a couple steak, ribs and shrimp combinations for two that looked so good I already know where I'm eating next week..... absolutely a must go place if you enjoy eating drinking and enjoying a night out with other likewise folks......and to finish, the bill was very reasonable which we all know makes the night even better.....
