It is not 100% clear which menu items can be veganized, but employees are happy to explain. They have vegan milk and vegan cheese — the pesto is vegan — and all their soups are vegan standard. Every Wednesday they have a vegan special. I love her pesto sandwich with soup, but her bowls are also really hearty!
