I was there all the way from BC. i went in and met a very friendly gentleman named Scott (i think).

Anytime I go to this location the service is amazing last week we went and a team of 3 guys kept service rolling along with a smile and chit-chat while getting our subs ready as well as today feb272024 early evening 7ish two ladies very good service friendly attitude and very team oriented making sure you get quick friendly service. We ordered subs from the Arthur Street location and 2 of the 4 were completely wrong. They mixed all of the toppings and condiments on the wrong sub and even got the bread wrong.I contacted Dell to explain the problem and found out that he was the manager at the Memorial store not the Arthur Street location but he still offered to remake the subs at his location and send them right out to us.I was very impressed with his customer service. Even though the error was not made at his location, he quickly dealt with it and we had new subs in no time.Thank you Dell, 5 stars for you!

Great tasting subs and wonderful service! So nice to go into a restaurant and be greeted by staff that are so pleasant and helpful.
