I tried the Californian rolls with shrimp instead of crab and they were delicious! Although I do not have celiac disease, I felt great after my meal.
I recently visited a Japanese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to discover they had a comprehensive gluten-free menu. The staff were very attentive and made sure that my dining experience was safe. I particularly enjoyed the California rolls, made with shrimp instead of crab. Although I am not officially diagnosed as celiac, I had no issues after eating there.
The sushi rolls we ordered were good, although one of them was supposed to have shrimp instead of crab for gluten-free diners, but it ended up having no seafood inside. However, they made it up to us by giving us an extra hand roll for free. The nigiri and hand rolls were both generous in size and very delicious. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant, but would make sure to clarify any substitutions when ordering.
