Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

Service is so good, staffs are extremely friendly. If and would the store be cleaner, I would go for 5 stars.

I go to 2 locations often in north ward.Yes sometimes it's very busy. I have had to wait maybe 4 to 5 minutes. Never 15 to 20 min. That would be an exaggeration.Service generally good. If an employee makes a mistake, I let them know and they correct. Good coffee and snacks. Fair price.

Fraudulent activity happening at Tim Hortons, I had transactions charged to my credit card that's attached to Tim Hortons scan and pay app, I was not even there.People need to delete thier credit card from the scan and pay app.

In the last 5 years Tim Hortons has gone downhill hard in Thunder Bay, no one takes your order inside, they hardly speak English, and the wait times have almost become insurmountable. I regret to say the Tim's on River St. Could be the worst of them all.

I just grabbed a steep tea from drive thru and they gave me cold steep. Although they didn’t had many customers but this doesn’t mean u serve cold beverage
