The food was creative and delicious. Presentation was beautiful. The goose liver pate was too strong for several at my table, but everything else was terrific. I ordered the vegetarian menu, and each dish was unique.

How to describe the food except to say, superb? One of the few places where I have gone for business and stayed for holidays, just so that I could enjoy the food. YummY. Great Swiss wine (because at that prince range, you will get good wine), fine service, friendly staff. A

The service in the restaurant has been excellent. Cristina in particular was great!

Beautiful, very clean rooms and excellent service. Always friendly and accommodating, no matter what time of day. The view over Lake Thun is breathtakingly beautiful. And you can relax wonderfully in the hotel's spa.
