I discovered this restaurant on the main street, located across from the pub I used to frequent. Since the pub was closed, I decided to give this place a try as they had a wide selection of menu items, including a children's menu. The interior decor is charming, with wooden walls and chairs. While the space is small, there are plenty of seats further inside. We were seated near the restrooms, which were a bit confusing with a male sign on the door - the ladies' restroom was actually in the same spot. Despite arriving at around 4 PM (it closes at 5 PM), they were already out of the Kerry lamb I was interested in. There were plenty of magazines and children's books available for entertainment, which helped keep my kids occupied while waiting for our food. I found the food to be tasty and the staff to be friendly. I ordered the cod and chips with a side salad, which was flavorful, although the cod was a bit greasy. Overall, it offers good value for money.
This restaurant is fantastic. It has a charming, friendly atmosphere, a great location, and most importantly, the food is delicious! If you don't dine here, you're missing out on a great experience.
