Pret A Manger - Thurrock

The coffee shop was easy to find. Comfortable seating outside the store. Service was excellent and the staff friendly. It was a good location to catch up and have a chat.

I called up the store up yesterday to order business lunch as it was unavailable to do it online. Needed sandwiches platter and sweet platter up to maximum 10 peoples. The manager name (Andzelika of the store I spoke to over the phone dealt with my query and took the orders. Then I wanted to collect the order next day 9am. She manage to deliver everything I asked for to the best standard. It was well made and so tasty. I Just cant believe how good she was and got it ready at such short notice. She was very helpful and kind. Really pleased with the service and will definitely be returning and highly recommend Andzelika (Manager in Pret. Alongside the counter assistant was also friendly too. I love to sit and people watch here. The food is very good and fresh, the coffee is excellent and the own brand ginger beer is fabulous.

Took my dad for a lovely vegan lunch and was given a free taster of a cake I wasn't sure of. Very nice food. Friendly service.

Great fresh food and brilliant staff. I really appreciate getting a real glass for soft drinks. Best in Lakeside for a quick quality break
