An excellent group meal for over 30 adults (actually a few more over 30 than we meant,. . Really good food – efficiently delivered, excellently organised, in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner, despite lots of other people to serve in the bar etc as well. Very grateful to Paul, Traci and all at The Ship for making a super end to our choir trip to sing at St Catherine's in East Tilbury. Thank you.
Arrived here as hungry tourists on a Saturday evening around 5 pm. Ordered some drinks and were hoping to eat something. Oh no. We are fully booked. No food and therefore no more drinks! We will not return, thats for sure. A furter disappointment in view of British Gastronomie!!
First let me say I don't understand The review for the baby shower. The service we got was excellent friendly respectful could have been any better. The menu was extensive and before we ordered could see food coming out which was well presented and looked delicious. We had seabass beef brisket and risotto no complaints absolutely lovely and great value. This pub is a little gem definitely worth a visit will be back for afternoon tea very soon . We'll done to all involved your doing a great job as is your chef
