For a restaurant left the reception, and mostly the service wished. I'm afraid we don't have so many good things to report. On the show of the menu, he looked up all sides except for us. He first came water, with an invisible nonchalance, poured and spilled well. He cleaned that up, but again with a nonchalance that's not worth a restaurant, and oh yes, that's how the water was poured, only this time he didn't see that he spilled and we gave it to our own side. We ordered a first glass of white wine and my partner was more shared than I did. Also at the table next to us, there was clearly unnoticed about their amount of wine distribution. We've got the opinion that in a star restaurant, it can't choke and then a smooth self-time server, please, but we've never experienced such a service. No star, not even a bistro or tavern worthy. We know it's hard to find good personnel in the horeca, but there's only so much justice to expect for the price paid. Fortunately, the food on the other side was delicious, but our first experience at melchior will also be our last and from a good mouth on advertising, there will be no talking.

Friendly staff, very respectful, well trained, well-in-house, worthy of his reputation. The food was very orderly, delicious and well presented. It's worth and pretty cheap for the quality you get.
