Mcdonald's - Tiffin

Tiffin, Ohio has the best McDonald's! The French fries are always served hot, and the McNuggets are fresh! The staff understands that food quality matters—if it isn’t fresh, it won't taste good! These employees truly care about their work!

I've always had a positive experience at this McDonald's. I've encountered a few longer waits, but that's just because it gets busy at times. The male manager or shift leader on duty is really friendly as well.

I ordered two Big Mac meals but only received one. The employees were speaking loudly about customers and using inappropriate language. Management really needs to address this issue.

I used the app to save time, but I ended up having to go inside because they forgot about my order. When I approached the counter, all the staff just looked at the floor or the wall and didn’t acknowledge me. I was told there was a shift change, and they were waiting to prepare my drinks. I ended up getting them myself, but my entire order was incorrect! There seemed to be a lack of leadership or management in the back.

We arrived at the drive-thru and were met with silence from the speaker. After waiting two minutes, another car pulled into the adjacent lane and had their order taken right away. We had to wait for them to finish, trying to get the attention of the employees through the speaker. We ordered two simple coffee drinks, which were ready by the time we reached the window, but we ended up waiting five minutes while an employee continued her conversation with her coworkers before handing us our drinks. It was late—two hours away from home and just after 11 PM. When we finally received our drinks, they were watered down from the melted ice. Please prioritize your customers over conversations.
