Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Oh my goodness! This Zaxby's truly went above and beyond for me without even being asked, and I couldn't appreciate it more! While on a middle school field trip hours away from home, my phone (which was also my tablet) accidentally got smashed. In a panic, I called them and asked them not to throw it out, explaining that I would be back after taking care of 22 students on the trip. When I arrived at Zaxby's, three employees and the manager had searched high and low and managed to find my phone! They greeted me with a smile and my phone, instantly calming my frantic state. I am so grateful for their kindness and for saving the day! (All the photos from our trip were on my phone)

What a fantastic experience! This was the best Zaxby's we have ever eaten at. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two or three employees and seated promptly. Our food arrived quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant and bathroom were both very clean, which is not always easy to maintain in the food industry. On our way out, we spoke to one of the team members and praised the exceptional service. It turned out he was one of the owners, which made sense given the high level of professionalism. If you are looking for a Zaxby's in the area, I highly recommend this one. It is definitely worth your time.

Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! My friends and I returned from a power wheelchair football tournament in Alabama. The food arrived promptly and was incredibly tasty. Since I was in a separate room and on crutches, the staff brought my meal directly to the table. I was very impressed by their attentiveness.

I love the Cobb salad, the grilled chicken is great and it’s a heaping of a Zalad.

Drive thru is extremely slow you will spend your entire 1 hour lunch break in the line. Go to the other Zaxbys in town because this one is beyond slow.
