Sonic Drive-in - Tigard

First time trying Sonic Drive-In. I was disappointed that the burger and tots didn't taste fresh. I was hoping for a hot (sort of off the grill) but it was just a little warm. The meat was dry, overcooked. My tots wasn't hot and crispy. However, the service was good and the food was fast!

Had the wonderful experience of meeting the new Manager, Jim- what a lovely gentleman! We arrived too early- he gave us the operating hours and our order with a smile … this was a small gesture with a big impact…whenever my three grandchildren are pining for a treat-Mr.Jim’s Sonic is where we will go! Thank you Jim, you made my grandson a happy camper with his sour patch slushee

As typical for a drive-in visit to anywhere I place my order, they asked if I want something else and I say no, but then I change my mind when I get to the window and order another item on top of my already ordered items. Well the girl at the window was incredibly kind and ordered my extra item with a smile even though I know she didn't want to smile she was really sweet. Thank you sweet window lady
