What they didn 't have: bagels, most donuts, decaf coffee, more than 2 staff members.What they did have: a long line.This Tim 's is severely understaffed and skates by on the fact that the only other option for food at this pathetic OnRoute is a Burger King. I ordered a soup and sandwich meal (I asked to make it a meal as per the screen showing various combo add-ons) and it was all rung up separately which... Defeats the purpose of a combo.My guess is that the cashier was new, so no hate to her, but it speaks to the really poor management and training going on at this tim 's, in addition to their severe understaffing (there was only two people working and some dude who looked like a manager just popping in and out).Bad time, mid food, overpriced. If there was any other edible option in this OnRoute, I 'd have gone there instead.
Bonnie has been doing great job in customer service as well as doing her job. She makes sure drink is stirred well and always has a smile. She deserves a higher position. Tim usually has long wait time about 15-20 min. They also turn off mobile order which really sucks as mobile order saves a lot of time for truck drivers. Hopefully reviews are read regularly by the management so they can work on their mobile order service and also try to decrease walkin order wait times.
I wish there was 0 rating option available for Service.Tim Horton’s please hire more staff. Pathetic
I love Timmy's, but this one is terrible in every way. Incompetence
