La Cheba 1910 - Tilcara

Riquisimo all, very recommendable. We'll go back to Tilcara!

Only two vegan options (soup and Andean potatoes) and a vegan salad when removing the egg and cheese, although it was quite boring. chairs are covered with animal skin.

Many veggie and vegan meals: pastas (sorrentinos,) sweetcake, quinoa suppe. really, really delicious to the great atmosphere.

After I found out there was no vegetarian restaurant in tilcara, my friend and I found la cheba in 1910 and decided to give an attempt. the restaurant offers several vegetarian options in its menu (can be 70-80% of it is vegetarian,) but not many of them are suitable for vegan. we ordered a pizza, and even the first customers who sit on this evening, it took almost an hour until we were served. that would wait a good moment to connect with internet, check emails and send them to our family, but the wlan just didn't work. Relaxing was also not possible, as the music was awfully loud during most time. when the pizza finally came, it was absolutely tasteless. we had said that everything was homemade in the restaurant, but honestly, that the pizza was frozen on the local market. our hunger allowed it to eat completely, but the experience was completely dissatisfied. not only the long waiting period, the wifi that didn't work, the loud music and the tasteless food, it was really unpleasant to sit on the raw who covered the chair. Anyway, maybe that was an isolated experience and other dishes are delicious. it is nice that most of the menu is vegetarian, so future reviews could be a bit different and more positive than mine.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch and the empanadas are small but delicious. Coming from Bolivia where the is a lack of herbs, spices or any flavour this is a welcome change.
