Contribuisci feedbackTim Hortons seems increasingly disconnected from its customers. The size of their donuts has been shrinking, and they expect patrons to clean their own tables before sitting down. Many staff members appear to lack basic customer appreciation; there's often no sense of welcome, no thank-you, and if you receive the wrong order, there's typically no apology. Additionally, they rarely provide stir sticks or napkins. It feels like the company is more focused on profits than on quality and customer service. This is the consensus I've gathered from my visits to various locations on a daily basis. Also, the walnut crunch donuts contain hardly any walnuts.
I frequently visit this Tim Hortons, and I'm really frustrated with receiving incorrect orders. I paid $5 for two coffees, and they can't seem to distinguish between milk and cream.
The presentation was disappointing for the price. Life isn't a race; taking a little time and effort can make a significant difference. Instead of focusing solely on drive-thru speed, it's important to prioritize quality and satisfaction.
