This place was great. I got a chicken and a beef plate with pancit and rice. The lumpia was great and the ribs where amazing .. I would pass 9n the shredded salad mine was all onion .

Usually good. Granted I've never gotten anything other then the smoked chicken deluxe bowl.Tonight I got the brisket and basically paid $5 extra for clumps of fat with very little edible meat. Stick with what ya know i guess?

We were so excited to try this out this evening but ended up disappointed. We ordered quite a bit of food so we could try a variety of options. Every item was bland. Every meat in every dish was extremely dry, similar to a poorly cooked thanksgiving turkey as far as mouth feel. The burger was soggy and hardly had any flavor. The loompias were dry and again, hardly any flavor. The fry’s were overcooked seemingly a day ago and then thrown in and disguised with some onions and honey mustard dressing. We had such high hopes for this food cart and I truly hate to be adding to the other many bad reviews that I’ve discovered but these guys need to try and step it up!! I honestly would try again if someone in the kitchen would cook with some renewed passion and love!!

Although some of the negative reviews are a little unreasonable, you can tell the owners care about making good food and providing a good experience just by how concerted of an effort they make in responding to feedback, trying to rectify any issues, and sometimes even proactively refunding an order. If only more places in Portland did the same.

The pulled pork was subpar at best. And the soup I don't even really have the words to describe how poorly it was put together, I selected extra green onions and I counted the pieces and I got 11 tiny slivers of green onion for like .39 there was possibly a fleck of ginger in the soup and some weird gristle pieces of meat. I pick this order up at the food truck and walked over to the laundromat maybe a one minute walk and when I open my food it was already cold, not even a little bit warm. And then all the pictures it clearly shows barbecue sauce with every 1 pound order of barbecue and when I open the box to my surprise there was no sauce so not only did I get dry over marinated gross pulled pork there wasn't even any sauce to put it in. So I walked back over to get some barbecue sauce to watch them pick up a bottle of Heinz barbecue sauce and squirt it into a container and hand it to me, I am extremely disappointed, I will absolutely not be giving this place another chance
