Unfortunately, most of the food tastes the same as they use the same spices. So eat there once, while is ok, but not too often. The desserts are great. However, it is a good vegetarian option to consider when in Timisoara.
I eat here whenever possible. They have traditional Indian dishes, with traditional spices, very delicious food. You only have menu of the day with 2-3 options, not a classic restaurant, more eat and go type. But I love it. They show Indian documentary films on TV and also have Bhagavad Gita and other books to read if you want. Some candies use too much sugar, or they have palm oil, but unlike that, I absolutely love everything there. And that stuff is really nice! They also have really good prices. For 16 RON you can eat a complete menu.
I love Indian food and have eaten it in many countries. Unfortunately, while the food tasted good, it was not even warm, nor was it very spicy. For Romania, the parts were small and expensive. The refrigerator was not well filled with drinks.... It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a very disappointing meal.
Small and quiet Indian restaurant with great food and good prices. As all the food is vegetarian this is a good option for people looking for vegetarian/vegan food. Flavors are very different from the normal European cuisine. Definitely worth trying.
