Restaurant La Padurea Verde

Once again, Timisoara is in temporary lockdown still people need to eat and order lunch is one of the alternatives we can use first to get the food we like to eat and secondly to support the local business. Since the seating is not an option for time, I ordered lunch from this restaurant. Quick delivery arrived warm in 45 minutes after the order. Came in a hot sealed package so they also pay attention to this aspect. The service I will not score this time for obvious reasons. The duck was nicely baked, I think it was oven baked nicely seasoned and delicate, the cabbage only a little salty for my taste, still good and with the pickled chili went really well. The share was generous and the quality above average, a very good value for money. Overall, I would definitely say that this is an alternative that you should consider if you feel like ordering food or if you want to sit once, it is allowed again.

A great find on the border of the local cultural park. Very good menu especially from local dishes with good local wines and beer, secured with good service.

The restaurant has a good location, but terrible waiters and bad food. Been there in a few occasions and always regretted. Until the management isn't making some serious changes, better avoid it. And they are not even cheap

We visited here following a visit to the Museum Village. We ate a dish of Beans and Ham Hock, very filling but delicious. We also had some draught beer, refreshing. I thought I had eaten the best pancake souffle in a restaurant a couple of...days before, but I hadn't bargained on eating what I considered the very best in town at this restaurant. I could easily have made a special journey just to eat this dish here again. They could only be described as FANTASTIC in this restaurant. Thank you for my experience here.

We waited an hour for two deserts (the taste was nothing special), and when we got them, one of them was a wrong order. The tea was of low quality. We never go back.
