I shared mine with my other daughter, who should have received one with her meal as well. However, when the bill arrived, I noticed that I had been charged for two brownies that I did not request. Despite bringing this to Jenny's attention, she insisted that the charges were correct. I asked to speak to the manager, Natalie, who also argued with me about the charges. After doing the math in front of her, I showed her that I should have been charged a total of $93.91. However, the bills I was given showed additional charges for the brownies under the "Birthday On Us" section. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Natalie continued to argue and insist that the charges were accurate. I informed her that I would be taking this matter to social media and contacting her superiors. In the end, I believe that Boston Pizza owes me $18.05, and I will be pursuing this until the matter is resolved.
If you enjoy dining in a loud atmosphere where you have to shout to be heard, then this restaurant is perfect for you. However, be prepared for high prices and low quality food.
The hostess at this restaurant needs to work on her manners. She is very strict about enforcing COVID rules, but she does not follow them herself. She frequently takes her mask off, whether it's to answer the phone or talk to a coworker. She also seems to struggle with basic tasks like counting, as she often has to leave her post to count up to 50. Additionally, none of the servers wear eye protection in an orange zone as required. If you are not concerned about COVID precautions, this may be the place for you. On the bright side, the food was decent and the waitress provided good service. However, the hostess's behavior really detracted from the overall experience. This situation may warrant a call to the ministry of labor.
Visited November 1st. Excellent food, as usual. We had the Pizzaburger (average), Tropic Chicken Pizza (very good, lots of toppings), and the Memphis Chicken Sandwich (mild sauce instead). Lots of food, you won't leave without being full. Our only issue was the service, or lack...thereof. As expected during the pandemic and with a heavy snow outside, the restaurant was virtually empty, but or server was nowhere to be seen. It took forever to get drinks or to ask for condiments. Disappointing as we usually get great service here. Won't stop us coming back, but management should ensure proper service for its guests.
If you're looking for a place that requires you to yell at the person beside you, then this is the place for you. High Volume, High Prices, Low Quality
