I often get to the window, I repeat my order, ensure it is correct,I ask the employee at the window to confirm this is my order, they look at their screen and say yes. I get home, and it's not even close to what I ordered. Often times, they don't write on my lid like they used to,or when they do, it isn't legible. This should be the standard practice so that I can right away know what I paid for and received, is what I ordered.Parking: Lots of room.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp access.

Everytime I get a a wrap or sandwich I always ask for extra sauce because the normal amount of sauce is always non existent but the amount of times I pay extra for that extra sauce I don't even get it. So maddening considering I'm already home by the time I realize.
They made a mistake in serving the correct order, so they let me keep the old coffee and made another one with the correct order. They found the mistake themselves. This shows they respect their customers and are keeping everyone safe following COVID regulations.
