Freddy's - Timnath

Freddy really took care of us. The managers Morgan and Drew were incredibly hospitable when something was grounded on our order. They offered us three free combos to make for the mistake we had. We came in for the replacements and they didn't waste us at all. Morgan ensured that everything was checked twice, was indeed correct with the order before we left. She apologised several times and offered us a few more free combos in the future than even greater apology. I was absolutely shocked. I'm so used to restaurants that don't care when something gets messed up, but that was the exact opposite. They both went beyond and beyond to make the mistake, and therefore I write a review for them today. This location in Timnath has a great management team and incredible staff.

I never had frozen Custard, so I had to try! I went for the single scoop chocolate in a waffle cone, got what looked like a double bowl, and boy I was surprised by the cream of the jug. Uncompromised taste, reminded me of a soft serving ice cream, but richer and creamier. I enjoyed this wonderful treat and would like to try something else on the menu.

Very recommended! I came through the ride on Friday, December 18th. The girl who went through the ride gave me absolutely excellent customer service and a great experience. Thank you. I'm back.

Steak and Shake, there's a new sheriff in town! I wouldn't call this a fast food joint but more like a convenience food joint. The difference is there will always be a wait here because they make your food 100% fresh. And it's SO worth it! The California steak burger is my goto but I love the patty melt almost as much! Make sure you save room for a concrete sundae! This place and location is perfect if you're trying to avoid the huge crowds of Central Fort Collins.

How do you not like Freddy's? It's delicious like meaty angel tears with shoe string fries like baby's breath. Marvelous
