My wife and I love coming here the staff is usually great, beer cold, but these past couple months we stopped coming by as much and today reminded us why . very disappointed sandwich came with 50% onion so it tasted like a big onion on a soggy bun my wife got 3 spoons out of her Mac and cheese that’s a “ premium side” 5 dollars for 3 bites of Mac and cheese Cmon guys.

Bought a rack of ribs, potato salad, and two brisket sandwiches. Sandwiches and potatoes salad were good. Was very disappointed with the ribs. Seemed undercooked and had alot of fat. Won't be stopping in again when going that way. Food was better in the past.

Food was good except for the fried food grease is old .other than that the rest was really good

Clarks is great BBQ. Price is average. I drive thru a lot. But they offer a draw beer with inside dining. Its family owed and you can tell. I love clarks. When i first moved to area I got there about 10 min. after they had glosed and was just sitting in parking lot thinking where could I go and the owner came to my car apoligized that I missed the time and asked me what I would of ordered. I told him sandwiches and whatever sides he had. He said let me go see what we have left and if you dont mind I'll just give you whats left. He came back with a sack full of food. I dont know what it cost I gave him 25.00 and he seemed appreciated. What a nice jester.
