We went in there today for lunch and was refused service. The place was busy I will admit to that and the only table available was a high table. As we explained we had a person that uses a walker to walk and wasn’t able to sit at those tables. We asked to use a table on the outside patio and was refused. The person in charge stated I only have two servers available (which actually wasn’t our problem) and I’m not opening up the patio area. So we left and gave another restaurant our money. We have been eating here for years but this was the last time for us. Thanks for the rudeness. Hopefully in the future you will treat handicap persons with a little more respect.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. We watched as five other tables received their food before us, even though they arrived 15 minutes after we did. Some of them finished their meals and left before we even got our appetizers, resulting in a two-hour wait for our food. When it finally arrived, the wings were overcooked, dry, and completely inedible, while another table received their wings cold. I would give this place a 10/10 for not returning. My wife and I drove an hour to dine here, and it was not worth it. I do want to give a shout-out to the busboy who checked in on us, as our waitress did not.

The food here is excellent, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. The prices listed on their website, which is connected to their Facebook page, don’t match what they actually charge, and they refuse to honor the website's prices. Their explanation is that they don't have access to the site, even though it was updated in 2019.
