Short: We don't recommend it! Longer: The 8 of us enthusiastically returned hungry and thirsty after a canoe trip. Two chairs should have been added to the table for 6 people so that we could sit at one table. One of the waiters then came over and indicated that we wouldn't be able to fit. We said that not everyone eats, some just drink. An older couple sat at the next table at a table for four, who willingly offered to take their two unnecessary chairs away. (We would have taken the seat from another reservation, as it was written in the answer to another comment. Obviously, we do not take a chair from a table for four from a future party of four. The situation seemed to be resolved, everyone sat down. Then another waiter appeared, who told us with an unflinching face that if the house rules did not suit us, we should get tired. Shocked, we put the two chairs back in place. Walking a few meters further, we ate and drank deliciously. When we fearfully asked if we could sit down for 8 of us, they didn't understand why this was a question, because there was room. PS: The first evaluator of our company has already received an answer, I don't consider it impolite if I don't get one, because I'm not asking, I'm just helping my fellow hungry people.

We wanted to sit down and eat with a group of 8 people, but according to the local house rules , that many people could not sit at the table of our choice, although we could comfortably fit.
