These guys are a FRAUD! They take your reservation on Booking.com and then totally change it when you reach. We booked rooms for adults, for EUR each, breakfast included. When we reached the hotel, they phoned some lady who came with her...car and then drove us to another building with an apartment about kilometres away. Here they gave us one apartment meant for a family of adults and children. They expected two adults to sleep in bunk beds! How are we to fit in that? While getting to the apartment the lift got stuck on the way to the floor. We needed a lift or room on ground/first floor because my wife is pregnant. We even mentioned this in our notes on Booking.com. Also, for breakfast they expected us to go to the other hotel away. We had no car! Useless people. The useless, unprofessional manager refused to even come and speak to us in person and later stopped picking his phone. When we refused to stay in the alternate apartment they just left us at another hotel. These guys are a complete Fraud.

I had been to this restaurant on . I do aggree with all that this is awesome place , that the good thing about it . However , on returning home , i was surprised to see that they billed me items which i...had not eaten there . Thus dont share the good feeling about this place anymore . I mean , one doesnt expects these cheap tricks to pull out money from customer .

Since we were staying at the hotel, which is not close to any other restaurants, we chose here. While the service is similar to that of the hotel's, not very good. The food and atmosphere is very nice. One word of warning, you have to...eat early. The staff do not seem to want to work late. One Itlan couple arrived before the restaurant was supposed to close and they were told that they could only have a main course and were rushed through their meal.
