Giant Eagle Supermarket - Titusville

We order fried chicken from the Hot Food Dept. Giant Eagle every year for our yearly picnic. I called a couple months early to place my order and needed it an hour before they typically start frying chicken, Mel B. (The Deli manager) went above and beyond to make sure it would be done. I came the day to pick up my oder and was greeted with a smile by Mel B. She was extremely kind , and courteous!!! Liz was the one who fried our chicken, and everyone was extremely happy with it!! It Tasted great!!! We will definitely be ordering again!!! On another note I would like to compliment Mel B. , with a job well done, her department is VERY CLEAN, and Oraganized!!! Keep up the great work Mel!!! Thanks again!!

As always not any issues in and out like always cashiers always polite and curious Devin I have been getting his Kane the last few times he's on his toes good young fellow

Dirty and cashier's are rude and they bully the customers Not right

Above the door it said something like “we want to hear feedback” so here I am. Store was very spacious inside and finding what we were looking for was pretty easy especially since I don’t usually shop at this store. 10/10 would shop here again.
