The food is delicious and cheap. The sweet tea is delicious and their burgers are my favorites. The grandchildren think it's cool to eat here. Then go over the street and buy some shoes, hair gel and knickknacks. Then see a movie. Get down the street to the ice salon and get a desert. All of the convenience of a small restaurant.
Visiting family who lived here and they didn't care about this place, but humorous me and came here anyway, because I'm a sucker for every place that serves British cuisine. The fried foods (fish, chips and onion rings) were decent, but not great. They were a little oily, but not in the tasteful lick your fingers somehow. The cake was good, but not spectacular. The service was slow and focused on bar. We weren't really checked so I kept flying the staff to get the basics like beverage refills. It's kind of cheesy cute Irish pub on the inside, but needs some upkeep work, the seats had holes etc. Some really loud, singing and drunk people at the bar, so it was hard to converse, but it's a pub so to expect. Looks like a better place to drink than go for a meal with the family. Was a little expensive for what it was. In any case, better Irish pub had experiences elsewhere.
Beer is very good. Eating is good. We usually like to sit outside, but the deck is very weathered, the furniture is uncomfortable and wobbly, and sometimes the servers do not notice or will forget that we are out. It is pleasant if the weather is nice, but the deck could definitely use a refresh. Food: 3/5
Good time, friendly folks. Had shephard pie, which was very good. I opted for cheese on top. Very filling.Food: 4/5
I will keep this simple The place was so filthy and disgusting smelling that we walked in then turned around and walked out I would be terrified to think of what the kitchen looked
