Sakonnet River Grille - Tiverton

First time at Sakonnet River Grille and I have to say I liked it. I've driven by pretty much daily for the past 6 years and wanted to try something new. Food was good 8/10, Service was on point 9/10, Atmosphere 8/10. I had a cup of clam chowder... a bit more pepper than I'm used to but it was fantastic!!! I also ordered the 14oz ribeye with glazes carrots and mashed potatoes. Ordered ribeye medium and the cooks nailed it (which isn't my usual experience). I decided to get a peach sangria... beware, it's DANGEROUS... it's really good and easy to drink. I could drink a few of those and get myself in trouble. Jess did a great job with the service. All in, fantastic first impression. If you're in the area, highly recommend. ?

The food was delicious. My friend and I split a meal and the portion was so big, neither of us could finish half.

Yum. I had one of the best meals ever. The Sakonnet Scampi with Scallops was phenomenal. So tasty and pretty. I wish I’d taken pictures. My cocktail was made perfectly. And the waitress, Livvy was adorable. I would definitely go back.

My friend ordered scallop app. 18.00 for 4 scallops My baked stuffed fish was dry and tasted old. We had eaten there before and it was good that's why I ordered the fish. I told the waitress that it was disappointing. She didn't seem to care. Something has changed there. We won't be back.
