Contribuisci feedbackThe first thing we noticed was how clean everything looked when we walked in the second thing was a friendliness of the staff and the customer service the third thing and I told them this personally the young man that makes the burritos should be in a teaching position to let other Taco Bell restaurants learn how to make a proper burrito it was wrapped good and tight nothing leaking out of it and there was meat and other items in every bite most burritos from other places the first two bites you take is all dough this young man was indeed an asset to this particular restaurant and I spoke with him personally and let him know what an awesome job he does
All I can say is there is no meat on there crunch wraps. And very little anything else. The steak chalupa had 5 little pieces of meat I guess. Paying 15 a hour they have to cut back somewhere maybe try on the lettuce.
Ordered on the app still had to wait. First we had to wait forever. Then they forgot part of my order. As I was eating my quesidilla I bit into a sticker in my food. I checked the burrito and both were wrong. The first one was supposed to have chicken cheese lettuce tomatoes nacho strips and sour cream. The second was the new white hot ranch nacho fries burrito. When you call they don't answer. Will not be back bad food rude service.
Would give a zero if I could. Taco Bell in Toccoa sucks, does anyone even know how to read a screen there? Every single time I go my order is wrong or half not there. They need an overhaul on the employees there.
Not a single item in my order was correct, and this seems to be a recurring issue. I ordered using the machine and I was the only one in the dining area. I just don’t understand how this could happen.
