We said we wouldn't be able to eat the famous Tokat kebab and came here on recommendation. Tokat kebab was very well cooked and satisfying, BUT I would never recommend it if you don't eat lamb, there is fat on the sides of the meat, and because the kebab is cooked straight, the lamb's fat flows into the eggplant and pepper. Lamb loves this dish, but it's too heavy for veal eaters like us. It has an intense lamb fat taste that we had a hard time finishing. The restaurant is a nice place, as the weather was warm, we sat at the tables in the garden. Our table was under the acacia tree and every time the wind blew, dozens of leaves and insects were falling from the tree onto the food. Being aware of this, I expected the business to take the table from under the tree or direct it indoors. Apart from Tokat kebab, there are many varieties. I wish we ate different varieties.
