Seriously good ramen, and with an outdoor patio! It’s perfect!
The vegan red beetroot ramen were such a delightful experience. refined taste, deep broth, great toppings and flavor combinations. I have to say they were the best ramen I’ve tasted so far!
I would give it 5 stars honestly. This was the best ramen I’ve had for a couple months. They seemed to have discontinued the miso based ramen (There was no button for it on the machine anymore. Also the owner confirmed that there is only one vegan ramen for now. So the vegan ramen is shio (salt based, but they added beetroot to it, which gives the soup a clear pink color and tastewise new complexity. It tasted sophisticated to me and experimental, I have never tasted the combination before. Toppings are generous and include a beetroot gyoza. Vegan options are: Ramen, Gyoza and Scallion rice (underrated!!!
Recently harajuku was offered with many choices for vegan ramen and bassanowa is a new child on the block with a certain hire. they have a creamy miso suppe based ramen and beet broth saltramen and both are amazingly delicious. they also have fake fried chicken and pot stickers (gyoza) that were also amazing. mosdef is worth trying this place. updated by previous review on 2020-03-09
