I would like to thank Chef Luca Fantin and the hospitable staff for giving my family a wonderful and unforgettable dining experience in Tokyo tonight. The food is amazing and in my opinion the restaurant deserves a 3 star. Definitely worth visiting when traveling to Tokyo.
We came for an anniversary and it was amazing. The cuisine is super creative, mixing traditional Italian dishes like risotto with local produce, beef, mushrooms, and fish. It was a roughly 10-course set menu and all the dishes were excellent. Service is great: attentive without being intrusive, informative without being self-aggrandizing.
AMAZING food!!! The chef Luca Fantin is a genius, and I’m shocked he has only 1 Michelin star, he is definitely worth 3 if not more. He uses fresh local produce and creates incredibly tasty, balanced and sophisticated dishes that take you to heaven. From the serving plates that he researches and orders from the suppliers even in remote villages throughout Japan, to carving knifes that he also orders from suppliers following the way the samurai swords were made, to every dish one more delicious than the other that arrives, including the warm bread and brioche they make every day and biscottis that are brought after dessert in the end, everything is just perfect. And Luca Fantin is the most humble, sweet, great person with just a divine talent. Thank you for your magnificent creations and the most wonderful experience!!!!
Incredible experience from the receptionist knowing my name as I walked in to the incredible service and sommelier explaining all wines in detail. Beautiful presentation and food was exquisite.
