Arby's - Toledo

We ordered the Chicken Sled and an Original Chicken Crispy Sandwich. Unfortunately, both were really disappointing. We didn't throw out the sandwich, but it was hard and cold, which made it inedible. This was on a Saturday at 2:00 PM on Alexis Road in Toledo, Ohio.

This location offers excellent food and service. I appreciate the variety on the menu. Their chicken sandwiches, fries, and shakes are all delicious. Food rating: 5/5.

The person who took our order was fantastic—very friendly and engaging. We shared some laughs, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any soda available. It left a lot to be desired; I really don’t know how to describe it. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re hoping to enjoy drinks with your meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The lemonade tasted more like water than anything else. However, I have to say the food was excellent—5/5!

The staff was fast and friendly, but for two meals plus some mozzarella sticks at $30, I want my eating fresh and hot, not friendly warm. and that happened in the last few times that we went there. food: 3/5

Received a prime rib cheese steak instead of French dip through drive thru. My fault for not double checking order before leaving. I would not recommend the prime rib, it was not that good. I'll stick to the French dip or roast beef. Those sandwiches are awesome. Thank you
