Church's Chicken - Toledo

They almost never get my order right. This time I was missing FIVE ITEMS. I keep avoiding them for a year and then trying again because I do like the food, hoping eventually they'll figure out how to put an order together, but this year, again, is not theyear. I was literally missing $20 worth of food and have not been refunded yet.

I'm standing here now waiting for my food. It's dirty and they are slow. The staff is eating as they help people. No one is washing their hands after eating and then putting orders together. Its gross! The lady in here is just walking around not makingmy order. This place needs a good cleaning. This place needs help period!

Every time we try to go here there is an issue. Out of chicken, extremely long waits, or just completely unorganization that leads to poor service. Upon going into the restaurant, I am concenred about the cleanliness of their facility. The girl makingthe potatoes and mac and cheese was too busy on her phone to help the other staff who were already struggling to keep up. Thefloor in the dining area is sticky and the tables were all dirty and when looking over the counter the kitchen doesn't seem tobe much better off.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a chicken spot IN MY 30 YR LIFE. The drive through took 25 mins and the speaker didn't work because a car hit it. The workers were super rude and swore A LOT....and the food sucked I didn't even eat it all.AND TO MAKE IT ALL WORSE THE 4 PEOPLE AND I THAT ATE THE CHICKEN GOT SICK FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!! FOR SUREDO NOT EAT HERE.

I will rate the food a 4 star but .. location leaves much to be desired... much need of some maintenance/updates ... outdoor menu board is dated ...the speaker box was laying on the ground made for difficult communication... spent 52 minutes in thedrive thru line. 25 minutes after I actually placed my order ... dining room is still closed
