As for the food, it was equally disappointing. While the presentation suggested that it would be flavorful and delicious, the actual taste was quite bland. My chicken sandwich was dry and lacked any real flavor. A friend of mine ordered a burger without a bun, but there was some confusion, and she was still charged for the gluten-free burger bun, which was served on the plate. We spent over three hours there, and despite all four of us finishing our meals, the plates from everyone were still on the table when we left. The server was kind, quick, and friendly, and she was probably one of the highlights of the night, to be honest. While I wouldn’t say it was one of the worst experiences I've had, I had saved up for this celebration, and it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Our waitress was horrible but the rest of the service we received thru out the night was good.. Reception staff exceptional along with the reception staff at the restaurant that got my reservations, the bartenders was great and the staff in the back at the gift shop was great as well... NOW:: OUR FEMALE SERVER WAS THEE ABSOLUTE WORST WAITRESS I've had.. She was not on point at all.. She didnt come check on us, we had to have her coworkers find her 3 different times so we could get service at our table and it took almost an hour to receive our drinks after we had ordered them.. She was nit attentive to us at all.. She was more worried with socializing with other individuals an running off to where ever, rather then doing her job.. Not satisfied with her what so ever at all.

I was seated next to birthday parties at a table that appeared dirty and was missing menus and cutlery. It took 25 minutes for a waiter to approach us and ask if we had seated ourselves, as it was a private section. He eventually took our order, and the only quick service we experienced was the food delivery. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and I wouldn't consider returning for dining services.

The prices are extremely high. The tip suggestion on my food bill included $250 for game cards. I don't understand why I should tip 20% on that $250, which amounts to $50, just for someone to hand me game cards.

Awful service I have an allergy and I was assured there was a safe option I was serve a bed or lettuce and two cherry tomatoes.
